Managing virtual learning is a challenge. In our tenure as educators, we’ve developed and refined our practice to meet the complex needs of our students in the classroom. That was no easy feat when we were in one location. Now that we find ourselves and our students learning at a distance, the challenges are even greater.

To meet this challenge, let’s focus on why we are all coming together in the first place. We value learning, and growth, and the personal development both we and our students are rewarded with in this space. We value the relationships we form. How we get there matters, but we can be fueled by appreciating the importance of the whole child.
